70% of U.S. employees are not engaged. Actively disengaged employees cost U.S. companies $450 to $550 billion per year in lost productivity.



Organizations with proper systems and structure for internal communications reported an average improvement of 19.2 percent in operating income; while companies with a insufficient internal communication system and structure showed a declined an average of 32.7 percent. Proper communication improves the employee experience.
